Most people do not need all seventeen of these. They need these three, in this order. Everything below is there when you are ready for it.

Compare accountsA budget you keep is better than a perfect one you abandon. Find the tool that fits how you actually live.
See optionsPhase 4. Once you are out of debt and your savings are covered, this is where the growth happens.
Low-cost brokers for long-term, boring, consistent investing. Not day trading, not options, not crypto gambling.
Compare brokersIf your situation has gotten complicated enough that you want a professional in your corner.
Find an advisorIf you are building something of your own, keep it separate from your personal money from day one.
Set up the LLC properly so your personal assets are not on the line.
Get startedPlenty of companies will pay to be recommended. Most of them are not here. If a product works against the plan I teach - settlement companies that wreck your credit, loans that put you back in debt, insurance sold to you as an investment - it does not go on this page no matter what it pays.
These links do earn me a commission, and that is exactly why I am telling you so plainly. Use them or do not. Either way, go compare before you sign anything.
