1. Get fit

Make sure to regularly consume a lot of water and take vitamins so your body is nourished with the nutrients it needs to be healthy.

I recommend using the debt snowball method: List your debts from smallest to largest and pay off the smallest debt, first. Continue making your minimum payment on your debts, and use any extra income to attack your smallest debt until it’s paid off. Once it’s paid, that the money you were using on the smallest debt to attack the next smallest until it’s paid off. Continue doing this until all your debts are paid in full.
3. Go on a vacation
You should plan on taking a vacation in 2023.
Vacations are a great way to get out of your comfort zone and explore new places. They're also a great way to de-stress and relax, so if you can afford them, go ahead and take one.
However, before you book that flight worldwide or start splurging on fancy hotel rooms, ensure you save up enough money first.
4. Learn something new
Learning something new is always a great goal. It can be as simple as learning one new thing this year. Whether you want to learn a new skill to advance your career or find a new hobby, setting this goal for yourself will help you make the most of your time in 2023.

I believe we all need great peers, mentors and mentees in our lives. If you’re lacking in any of those areas, then 2023 is the year to start networking and building some healthy relationships. Dump the toxic friends and let’s get some genuine friendships going.
9. Advance in your career
If you’re not happy with your job, don’t wait for something to magically change, start taking steps to improve your career. This might look like taking a bootcamp, going back to school, or switching employers.
No matter what, believe in yourself and start making moves.
10. Shop at more small, Black businesses
Supporting small, Black-owned businesses is a great way to keep your local economy and defy the racist status quo that's made it so difficult for Black people to get ahead in this country.
You can support your local, Black economy by shopping at small, Black-owned businesses for some of your everyday items, like clothes, food, etc.
11. Add a new stream of income
Opening a side business is among the best ways to earn money. You can use a side hustle as an extra source of money to supplement your present income from employment or wage.
It might be something like selling crafts on Etsy, driving for Uber or Lyft, or becoming an online tutor.
12. Save money
This should be one of your goals for the year 2023.
Many people must realize that saving money is one of the best ways to make more money. By setting aside a portion of your monthly paycheck and investing it wisely, you can grow your nest egg into something substantial.
