WHAT TO BRING?

Note: Theft is always a possibility when you travel abroad. Please do not bring anything that you can’t afford to lose.

Basics

  • One carry on (small roller). Not exceeding 30 lbs.
  • One Personal Item to fit under your seat (backpack or similar).
  • One large duffel or suitcase on wheels. Not exceeding 50 lbs. 70lbs for first Class.

Please arrive at your airport at least 3 hours before your scheduled departure time do not chance it.This allows for check in and to be sure you have everything you need for your trip.

You may carry on 1 small bag for the overhead bin 30lbs or less, 1 large bag to check under the plane 50lbs or less, and 1 personal bag/purse to fit under your seat on the plane.

Yes, you may pay for extra bags at the ticket counter prices very usually between $35 and $75 Dollars per each additional bag.

Yes, remember each traveling customer will need to bring $175 in USD cash Please set this money aside in an envelope labeled tips. One of the ROAR team members will collect it from you at our first meeting once in Israel. You will want to bring money as well for any souvenirs you will want to buy.

Breakfast and dinner are provided daily at no charge to you at the hotels. Lunch will be at your own expense. This will take place while we are on the road. Please ensure to bring a tip as well. We estimate lunch to between $20-35/ day.

Yes, there will be a mandatory zoom meeting 2 weeks prior to departure for all travelers. That information will be emailed to your directly 30 days prior to trip departure.

You’ll be responsible for any additional charges you personally incur while staying at the hotels such as damage of property, movies, ordering special meals, etc.You are responsible for all the extra charges associated with changing your room assignment such a double to a single accommodation, room upgrades etc.You are on your own should you decide to leave the hotel or do anything outside of the planned activities. But please use the buddy system while exploring.

Most places in Israel accept American currency, credit, and debit cards, however it is always safe to get some Israeli cash in the event you have any problems with your bank cards while outside theUSA. Remember to let your bank/Cell phone Carriers know the dates you will be traveling to avoid problems.

Yes, you will need to download the TELEGRAM APP to your phone we will create a group for everyone on this trip and this will be used as our primary communication tool before and during the tour. You will be automatically added to the group 30 days prior to departure.
